Banquet
The NAOC/COC Banquet will take place in Whitehorse on Monday, August 20th.
Unfortunately, the venue for the banquet has reached capacity and we are unable to accept more banquet registrations. Should we find a larger venue, we will re-open banquet registration and contact those who registered after April 9 to see if they are interested in attending the banquet. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
The banquet coincides with the Canadian High Performance Program silent auction fundraiser.
SPORTident Timing Information
We will be using SPORTident finger sticks for electronic control punching for all events.
All competitors must have an SI stick. If you have your own SI stick, please enter its number carefully during registration. (At the start line, the number on your stick must match the number in our records.)
Competitors who do not have an SI stick can rent one at $5 for one event or $10 for all events.
The NAOC/COC Sprint will use touch-free SIAC (SPORTIdent ActiveCard) timing. Use of a SIAC stick is mandatory for MF17-18E, MF19-20E and MF21E, but optional for other classes. SIAC sticks can be rented for $8 each.
Competitors who don't return their rental SI or SIAC sticks will be charged a $60 replacement fee.
Waivers
All participants must present a signed waiver when picking up a race package. Waivers will be available on this website as well as at race package pick-up.
Change Fee
After June 30, 2018, a fee of $20 will be applied for any changes to registration (e.g. changing age class). There is never a fee to change SI number.
Refund Policy
- Until April 8, full refund less $20 administrative and Zone4 fees.
- From April 9 to June 30, 50% refund less $20 administrative and Zone4 fees.
- After June 30, no refund.
