Relay Team Registration Deadline
Only 5 days left to register a relay team! The deadline for registering relay teams (i.e. submitting runners' names) is August 10 in order to ensure we have maps printed for everyone. Register a relay team using the online form.
If you're looking for people to add to your team you can use the relay team match-up list, or you can add your name to the list so that teams looking for members can contact you. You can also look at the list of all relay registrants.

Sass Peepre Camp Final Registration Deadline
The final registration deadline for Sass Peepre Camp is July 31 at midnight. All preliminary information about the camp is on the Sass Peepre page. More detailed information (for participants and volunteers who register in the last few days before this deadline) will be emailed directly to them soon after July 31.

Sass Peepre Camp Regular Fee Deadline
The regular fee deadline for the Sass Peepre Junior Training Camp is midnight on June 30. Fees will increase once more after that — an additional $20 per person. Final late fee deadline is July 31. All preliminary information about the camp is on the Sass Peepre page. More detailed information for participants and volunteers will be posted here in mid-July.

Last Chance To Order NAOC 2018 T-Shirt
There are only a few days left to order your beautiful technical shirt designed by local Tlingit carver Blake Shaá'koon Lepine. The shirts will not be available for sale at the event. Shirts must be ordered by May 1.

Early Registration Deadline Extended
Because the NAOC/COC 2018 early registration deadline falls in the middle of the Easter weekend, we have extended the early deadline to Sunday, April 8.
Private Housing Registry
To assist participants in finding accommodations in Whitehorse, Yukon, we have created a private housing registry. This bulletin board has options from local homeowners who wish to rent their homes and empty rooms or billet visitors. It serves as a link between homeowners and orienteering participants. The NAOC Organizing Committee and Yukon Orienteering Association bear no responsibility for rental arrangements or issues between orienteering participants and owners.
Event Shuttle Bus Details
The NAOC/COC shuttle service will provide transportation to and from the model event and all the NAOC and COC arenas. Due to the limited availability of rental vehicles in Whitehorse and the limited parking capacity at the arenas, we recommend the use of the shuttle bus or carpooling. See the details here.
2018 Sass Peepre Camp Registration Now Open
Registration for the 2018 Sass Peepre Camp is now open. Initial information and a link to online registration can be found at the Sass Peepre Camp Page on this website. Final details will be available on this website sometime in June. Parents of participants and HPP athletes, please offer to volunteer as a coach, cook, or general helper.
2018 Sass Peepre Camp
The 2018 Sass Peepre National Junior Training Camp will take place August 15-16 at the Mount McIntyre Recreation Centre in Whitehorse. Online registration, separate from NAOC/COC registration, will open by March 1. More details coming soon!
Relay Team Registration
All the details of the NAOC relay are now available. On the same page is a form to register relay teams. Each relay team member must sign-up and pay for the relay in their individual registration.
Busing To All Events
NAOC2018 has introduced busing to all events. When you register at naoc2018.ca, you will be asked whether you plan to use the buses. Parking for some events is limited, so even those with cars may be required to use the buses from a pickup point.

IOF has released a new control description format that comes into effect on January 1, 2018. We will be using this new format for NAOC2018. Click here for the new document.

Pre-Arranged Hotel Rooms
We have worked with several Whitehorse hotels to have a block of rooms at each hotel reserved for the NAOC & COC 2018. The number of rooms is limited so book as early as possible! See the Accommodation Page for the details.

We're wrapping up some last minute registration details so the opening of registration will be delayed by at least a few weeks.
